Swaay builds modern infrastructure for beverage brands. We decorate aluminium cans digitally and on demand, from a first run of 1,000 cans, so brands launch in weeks instead of quarters. We're early, with teams across Ireland, the UK and Canada, and the people who join now will shape how the business runs.

Join at the start of our finance function. Hands-on bookkeeping, reconciliations and month-end work across our Irish parent and international entities, with a clear path toward management accounts.
